Douglas Dimitroff, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP in Buffalo and Albany, has formed the New York State Wireless Association.

The new group is an affiliate of the PCIA — the Wireless Infrastructure Association, a trade group based in Arlington, Va., that represents owners and operators cell phone and telecom towers and antenna facilities.

Dimitroff was elected first president of the New York association.
